  • Order Cut-Off Time: 12:00 PM (GMT +2 / South Africa Standard Time). Orders placed before 12:00 PM will begin processing the same business day.

  • Handling / Processing Time: 1 – 2 business days (Monday to Friday). This is the time it takes for our team to verify, pack, and secure your items in our warehouse before dispatch.

  • Transit / Delivery Time: * Main Hubs (Gauteng, Durban, Cape Town, etc.): 1 – 3 business days.

    • Regional & Outlying Areas: 3 – 5 business days.

    • Pargo Click & Collect Points: 2 – 4 business days (you will receive an SMS the moment your parcel arrives at your chosen collection counter).

Total Estimated Delivery Window: Most customers in main hubs receive their orders within 2 to 5 business days from the moment payment is confirmed. Please note that our warehouse and courier partners do not process orders over weekends or public holidays.
