Absolutely. Every item from Mustek, Pinnacle, Syntech, Tarsus, Rectron, and Parrot Products is sourced directly from official South African distributors. No gray imports, no fakes—just 100% genuine gear with local warranties.
Our stash moves fast! If an item shows as "Out of Stock," you can sign up for a restock alert. If you’ve already ordered and we hit a stock snag, we’ll contact you immediately with a choice of a similar upgrade or a full refund.
While we aren't a repair shop, we know our tech! If you're struggling with a setup for a Syntech gadget or a Mustek component, drop us an email. For heavy-duty technical faults, we’ll help you navigate the official warranty process with the manufacturer.

We’ve teamed up with the pros: The Courier Guy, Fastway, and MTE for door-to-door delivery, and Pargo for convenient pickup points.
Handling & Processing takes: 1–2 business days.
Delivery takes: 2–5 business days.
Note: Total amount of days for the customer to get the order is: 7 days. Orders placed before 12:00 PM are usually dispatched the following day!

Yes! You have 7 days to return unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Check our returns Policy for the full details.
Don't panic. Notify us within 48 hours for "Dead on Arrival" units, or follow our Warranty Page steps if a fault develops later. We’ll handle the collection and get it to the service centre for you.
