Welcome to Office Stash. By accessing our website and purchasing our gear, you agree to the following terms. We’ve kept this straightforward because we know you’d rather be using your new tech than reading fine print!

1. The Agreement

By using officestash.co.za (or our associated platforms), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent to shop with us. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

2. Products & Pricing

We source top-tier equipment from partners like Mustek, Syntech, Tarsus, and Rectron.

  • Accuracy: We strive for 100% accuracy, but in the event of a "gross error" in pricing (e.g., a R10,000 laptop listed for R100), we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

  • Stock Availability: Our stash moves fast! If an item is out of stock after you’ve ordered, we will notify you immediately and offer an alternative or a full refund.

3. Payment Terms

We offer a variety of secure ways to pay, including Visa, Mastercard, PayShap, Capitec Pay, and EFT.

  • Security: All transactions are encrypted.

  • Order Processing: Your order will only be dispatched once payment has been cleared and verified.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We use The Courier Guy, Fastway, MTE, and Pargo.

  • Risk: Once the courier delivers the package to your specified address, the risk of loss or damage passes to you.

  • Costs: Standard shipping ranges from R80 to R150. Any changes to shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout.

5. Returns & Warranties

Your purchases are protected by the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

  • Warranty claims are subject to the terms provided by our distributors (e.g., Parrot Products, Pinnacle).

6. Intellectual Property

The Office Stash name, logo, and all website content are our property. You may not use our branding for commercial purposes without our written "thumbs up."

7. Limitation of Liability

While we sell high-performance gear, Office Stash is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of products sold (e.g., data loss on a hard drive or business downtime). We highly recommend regular backups and surge protection!

8. Governing Law

Office Stash is a South African business. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes will be handled in South African courts.

9. Privacy

We value your privacy as much as you do. We will never sell your data. We only share necessary info (like your address) with our shipping partners to get your gear delivered.

10. Changes to Terms

We might update these terms as we grow. Continued use of the site means you accept the new terms.
