2. Order, Payment, and Delivery

 

 

2.1 Conclusion of Sale and Pricing

 

  • Order Acceptance: A sale is only concluded when we dispatch the goods to you or notify you that the goods are ready for collection. Until this point, your order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or reject.
  • Pricing Errors: If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system or data error (not gross negligence), we are not obligated to sell the product at that price. We will promptly inform you of the error and offer a full refund for any amount paid, or the option to purchase the product at the correct price.
  • Delivery Period (ECT Act): We shall execute the order and deliver the Goods within 30 days of receiving the order, unless otherwise agreed or indicated in our Shipping Policy (which provides faster delivery estimates).

 

2.2 Payment Security

 

  • We use a trusted third-party payment gateway that is sufficiently secure with reference to accepted technological standards. We do not store your credit card details.
  • NCA Compliance for Credit: If you apply for or use any open credit account facility (e.g., paying on terms), that specific transaction or relationship is governed by the National Credit Act (NCA), requiring you to complete and agree to a separate, mandatory Credit Agreement document.

 

3. Warranties, Returns, and Refunds

 

 

3.1 Defective Goods (CPA Warranty)

 

In line with the CPA, all Goods are sold with an implied warranty of quality. You may return any Goods within six months of delivery if they are defective, unsuitable for the purpose intended, or fail to comply with the product description. Upon return of defective goods, you may choose to have the item:

  1. Repaired.
  2. Replaced.
  3. Refunded in full.

 

3.2 Cancellation and Cooling-Off Period (ECT Act)

 

  • You may cancel a transaction for the supply of Goods without reason or penalty within seven days of receiving the Goods.
  • If you exercise this right, you must return the Goods to Office Stash at your own expense. We will refund the payment in full within 30 days of the date of cancellation.

 

4. Protection of Personal Information (POPIA)

 

This section confirms our compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
